Smoky Scottish Raspberry Sour

With incredible depth, the raspberry sour is dessert in a glass. Peat-smoke undertones complement the sharpness of the raspberries and citrus fruit, while bitters and salt round out the finish of this rich & complex serve.



3-4 Raspberries

30ml Islay Mist Double Peated

25ml Lemon

10ml Sugar

Pinch of salt on top



1 Egg White (or Aquafaba)/Dash of bitters



Muddle the raspberries in one side of the cocktail shaker, add the other ingredients and shake & double strain to a glass filled with ice (dry shake first if using egg white).
