40ml Islay Mist
40 ml Cold Earl Grey tea
20 ml Lemon
10 ml Sugar
Optional
Soda water
Method
Measure all the ingredients (except the soda water) into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds, and strain to a glass filled with ice before topping up with soda.
