An Islay inspired twist on the classic apéritif. The smoky undertones in Islay Mist perfectly balance the sweetness from the vermouth & bitterness of the Campari perfectly in this iconic serve. Our Boulevardier is easy to make and can be batch prepared in advance.

Ingredients

20ml Islay Mist Original Blend

25ml Lemon

20ml Red Vermouth

20ml Campari

 

Method

Measure the ingredients into a tumbler or a mixing glass and stir with ice for 10 seconds until cold. Strain over ice and garnish with a twist of orange.
