40ml Islay Mist Double Peated

15 ml Cointreau

25ml Lemon

2 bar spoons of orange marmalade

 

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Double strain to a coupe & garnish with orange.
