Ingredients

30ml Islay Mist/Double Peated

20ml Crème de Peaches (Gabriel Dijon)

25ml Lemon

10ml Sugar

Pinch of salt

 

Optional

Dash of bitters

 

Method

Measure all ingredients to the cocktail shaker, before shaking and double straining into a coupe (or a rocks glass filled with ice).
