Ingredients
40ml Islay Mist Original Blend
25ml Lemon
15ml Rich Heather Honey Syrup
(2 parts Honey, 1 part water)
10ml Fresh Ginger juice/freshly muddled ginger
Method
Measure the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, and double strain to a tumbler over ice. Garnish with orange or candied ginger.
